Rates and Booking Guidance

Rates at Hermitage Nevis depend on your dates, your accommodation and who is travelling. Here is how they work — and where to see the current price for your stay.

What Shapes the Rate for Your Stay

There is no single nightly price at Hermitage Nevis. Availability and rates are live, and the rate you see for a stay can reflect:

  • which accommodation you choose — a hillside room, a balcony room, a gingerbread cottage or one of the villas;
  • your travel dates and the time of year;
  • how long you stay;
  • how many guests are travelling, including children;
  • what is still available for your dates;
  • any conditions attached to the rate you select;
  • extras or special arrangements confirmed with us in advance.

Not every factor changes every rate, but together they are why two stays are rarely priced quite the same. You never need to work it out yourself — the booking page always shows the exact figure for the stay you have chosen.

See the Current Price for Your Dates

Our secure online booking page is where Hermitage Nevis publishes live prices. Enter your dates and party size, and it shows:

  • live availability for your dates;
  • the rooms, cottages and villas open over those dates;
  • the rate for each option, and the total for your whole stay;
  • the conditions attached to each rate, including any deposit and cancellation terms;
  • an itemised summary — subtotal, taxes and fees, and the final total — before you confirm anything.

Prices are shown in US dollars, and you can switch to other currencies on the booking page. Nothing is booked until you complete the final confirmation step, so you are always free to look first.

Choose Your Hermitage Stay

Five ways to stay, each with its own character: four hillside rooms, three balcony rooms, six gingerbread cottages in four sizes, and two villas. The rate follows the accommodation, so finding the right fit comes first — browse the five below, or compare them side by side on our accommodations page.

Covered private balcony of a Balcony Room with table, chairs and hammock

Balcony Rooms

Three light and airy double rooms near the pool and gardens, each with its own porch or covered balcony — a little more open, with more of the sky brought into the room.

A gingerbread cottage in the Hermitage gardens

Gingerbread Cottages

Little houses of their own, more spacious than our rooms, each with a master bedroom, separate sitting room, kitchenette and porch — suited to couples, families or a few friends.

Six one-bedroom cottages in four sizes, sleeping from two to five guests.

Yellow Manor House with its double staircase, latticed verandas and private pool

Yellow Manor House

A three-bedroom replica of a grand Nevisian house, with wide verandahs on both levels, generous living and dining spaces, a full kitchen and a private pool — ideal for families or friends travelling together.

Sleeps up to six.

Rose Villa seen from the garden

Rose Villa

Our most spacious accommodation, with four bedrooms, two sitting rooms, generous indoor and outdoor living space, a full kitchen, five bathrooms and a private pool — particularly well suited to families and groups travelling together.

Sleeps up to eight comfortably, with additional sleeping space available by arrangement.

A Little Help Before You Book

Booking online is quick and secure, but there is no substitute for a person who knows every room, cottage and villa here. If you are unsure which stay suits you, tell us who is travelling and what matters most, and we will point you honestly to the right fit.

The same goes for special requests, family stays, longer visits and bookings of more than one room: ask us first and we will help you plan it well. Call +1 869 469 3477, message us on WhatsApp, or email contactus@hermitagenevis.com.

Still deciding? Compare all five accommodation choices at your own pace, or send us your dates and we will reply.

Before You Confirm Your Stay

A few practical points worth knowing before you book — and where to check the details that vary by rate.

  • Guests and occupancy. Set your party size, including children, when you search — rates reflect who is travelling, and each accommodation page describes how it sleeps.
  • Breakfast. An island-style breakfast is included with every stay, served in the restaurant from 8:00 to 11:00 am.
  • Housekeeping. Housekeeping is daily — opt out if you prefer.
  • Wi-Fi, parking and transfers. Wi-Fi is free, parking is on the property, and we can help arrange airport and port transfers when you book.
  • Taxes and fees. Taxes and fees are itemised in the booking summary, so you see the full total for your stay before you confirm.
  • Deposits and cancellation. These terms are set by the rate you choose and are shown with that rate during booking. They can differ between rate options, so please read the conditions attached to yours before confirming.
  • More than one room. You can add more than one room or cottage to a single booking; for larger family stays or gatherings, contact us first and we will help.
  • Paths and steps. Hermitage sits on sloping ground, and approaches to the accommodation can include garden paths and exterior steps. If anyone in your party has mobility questions, ask us before you book and we will describe the routes honestly.

Questions About Rates and Booking

Where can I see the current rate for my dates?

On the secure booking page. Enter your dates and party size and it lists what is available, the rate for each option and the total for your whole stay. Every booking button on this site takes you to the same place.

Why can the rate change between dates?

Time of year makes the biggest difference — mid-December to mid-April is our busiest season — along with how long you stay, how many of you are travelling and what remains available. The booking page always reflects the current picture for the dates you choose.

Are taxes and charges included in the total shown?

Yes. Before you confirm, the booking summary itemises the subtotal, taxes and fees, and the final total for your stay, in your chosen currency.

Can I book more than one room or cottage?

Yes — you can add more than one accommodation to the same booking. For several rooms or a whole-family visit, we are happy to help you plan: contact us before you book.

Are meals included?

An island-style breakfast is included with every stay, served in the restaurant from 8:00 to 11:00 am. For other meals, our restaurant is here at Hermitage.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and deposit terms belong to the rate you choose, and the booking page shows them with that rate before you confirm. They can differ between rate options, so please read the conditions attached to yours — and if anything is unclear, contact us before you book.
