The Hermitage Nevis invites a select few to Live The Hermitage Life with the next phase in The Hermitage Villas.
Nevis, West Indies – 27 August 2018 — Richard S.
Lupinacci, owner & founder of The Hermitage Plantation Inn and
Villas announces Phase Two of The Villas At The Hermitage.
The Hermitage, one of the most well-known plantation inns on Nevis, and considered one of the best boutique family-run Caribbean hotels, is introducing a new phase of its popular and gracious villas which will provide the opportunity of living the Hermitage Lifestyle.
This new development of Caribbean cottages, like the Villas that are already located at The Hermitage, offer a lifestyle of ease, comfort, and serenity in the most natural and beautiful tropical environment offering an authentic Caribbean experience.
All of the Homes At The Hermitage benefit from proximity and access to the Hermitage Plantation Inn for community, service and dining. The newest phase, The Cottages, are affordable, turnkey individual homes on intimate lots with natural gardens. With full kitchens, laundries, and all the amenities of a private home, they will provide independent living for owners as well as the ability to offer their homes for holiday rental income, in a manageable footprint.
The Hermitage launched the first phase of its Villa enclave in 2004. The exciting development featured magnificent Caribbean homes on large plots of 1/2 to 1 acre or more, in tropical gardens in the foothills of the island’s mountain peak.
Both The Cottages and The Villas of The Hermitage will offer stunning sea views and cooling breezes, and a signature of The Hermitage, the homes honor the Caribbean tradition and heritage of the historic Hermitage Great House, circa 1670.
Richard Lupinacci, founder and owner of The Hermitage (hermitagenevis.com), “over the years, we have had so many inquiries from guests and friends who wanted to ‘live the Hermitage lifestyle.’ Phase 1 was a great success.” He added that Phase 2, The Cottages, will offer a delightful product on a different scale. These homes will be as distinct and elegant as the villas with signature fixtures and fittings.
The homes will be one and two-bedroom cottages about 2,100 square feet in size. They will feature traditional wooden construction including classic mortice and tenon timber frames and typical West Indian hip roofs. Small pools at the homes will also be an option.
The Villas and the Cottages at Hermitage offer Economic Citizenship under the Citizenship-By-Investment Program.
